The Arbors Mobile Home Park is a resident owned, 55 and older community located in the quaint little village of Osprey, Florida. It is conveniently situated on the west coast between Sarasota (9 miles north) and Venice (8 miles south) on US Rt 41 with beautiful beaches a short distance both north and south. It is within walking distance of a Catholic Church, a Post Office and a Wal-Mart Super Center.

There is a Baptist Church approximately 1 mile north in the center of Osprey. It is also located near malls and the Sarasota/Bradenton Airport (SRQ). There are currently 183 homes in place. The park is governed by a six (6) member Board of Directors. A modest monthly maintenance fee provides each unit with cable vision, water, sewage, and landscaping. Rentals are NOT permitted. The cost per share in the association is $45,000 which is normally included in the purchase priceĀ of a home.
